STA’s Privacy & Data Promise

At Sisters Trails Alliance (STA), your privacy matters to us. When you become a volunteer, donate, or sign up for updates, you may share some personal information—like your name, email, phone number, or mailing address. We collect this information only to keep accurate records, stay in touch with you about STA events and updates, share news that supports our mission, and better understand your trail needs.

We want to be clear: we never sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information. We also don’t send mailings on behalf of other organizations. Your information stays with STA, period.

You’re in control of your information. You can log in to our Supporters Portal at any time to update your details. If you ever want us to delete your information from our records, just ask—we’ll take care of it quickly (unless we need to keep certain records for legal reasons).

By giving us your information, you’re doing so voluntarily and with the understanding that we’ll use it only as outlined here. We also take reasonable steps to protect your data and keep it secure.
